Boiled Hotaru Ika (Firefly Squid) with Bagna Cauda Sauce

A popular way to serve Hotaru Ika is with Sumiso, which is sauce made with rice vinegar and miso paste, but Hotaru Ika goes very well with the Italian Bagna Cauda Sauce.
